データ削除の手順

当社の Instagram アカウントとのやり取りに関して、当社が記録しているお客様の情報の削除をご希望の場合は、次のいずれかの方法でご連絡ください。

• 当社の各ブランドの Instagram アカウントに、ダイレクトメッセージで「データ削除希望」とお送りください。
• 当サイトのお問い合わせ（画面のチャットボタン）から、Instagram のユーザー名を添えてご連絡ください。

ご依頼を受け付けたあと、当社のシステムに記録しているお客様の情報（Instagram のユーザー名、ご連絡の記録、投稿の情報）を速やかに削除し、完了をご連絡します。

なお、Instagram 上のメッセージそのものは Meta Platforms, Inc. が管理しています。Instagram のアプリから削除することもできます。

Data deletion instructions (English)

To request deletion of your data that we hold in connection with our Instagram accounts, please send a direct message saying "Data deletion request" to any of our brand Instagram accounts, or contact us via the chat button on this website with your Instagram username. We will promptly delete your Instagram username, our contact records, and post information stored in our systems, and notify you when the deletion is complete. Messages on Instagram itself are managed by Meta Platforms, Inc. and can also be deleted from the Instagram app.
